Alicia joined Harlem & Jervis in 2016, shortly after graduating cum laude from Albany Law School. She officially became a member of the New York State Bar in February 2017, and is a current member of the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.


Alicia was raised in Elba, New York, and graduated from Elba High School in 2009. She completed her undergraduate studies at Genesee Community College and SUNY Geneseo, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science. At Albany Law School, Alicia was a member of the Family Violence Litigation and Immigration Clinic, where she helped provide free legal services to clients in need. She also volunteered for the uncontested divorce clinic provided by The Legal Project. Alicia was a member of Albany Law’s Moot Court Board, and a competitor in the client counseling and senior prize trials competitions. She was also an article editor for the school’s Government Law Review.
