Attorney's Richard Harlem and Eric Jervis became partners in 2009 with the mutual intent to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide first class service to all of their clients in order to form the area's best law firm. Lesley Harlem joined the firm in 2021.
Our attorneys are admitted to the New York State Bar Association, are members of the Otsego, Delaware, & Broome County Bar Associations, and have been active in both professional and community associations.

Our attornys not only have great credentials themselves, but Harlem & Jervis has an experienced and dedicated support staff diligently working alongside them to better serve you. Our staff is highly involved with our clients and understand the importance of confidentiality. We strive to provide the best legal representation by studying and exploring every detail pertaining to a case in a timely manner.
Our support staff is currently made up of two paralegals. The firm's top notch facility with updated equipment, and a dynamic setup enables us to provide timely and efficient service.
